Youngsters from schools across Rugby have been taking parts in the popular annual Sportshall Athletics competitions.

Harris Church of England Academy School Sports Partnership has now run all of the heats across years 3,4,5,6,7 and 8.

Five schools attended the Partnership final of the year 3&4 Sportshall Athletics competitions and congratulations go to Paddox Primary School who retained their title:

Paddox Primary 254; Boughton Leigh Junior 196; Cawston Grange Primary 182; Bilton Junior 172 and St Maries RC Primary 168 points.

Six schools qualified to compete at the Level 2 School Games Year 5&6 final and again congratulations go to Paddox Primary, the reigning champions, who stormed ahead and qualified to progress to the Level 3 Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire School Games competition on Thursday, March 10 where they will represent Eastern Warwickshire:

Paddox Primary 230; Bilton Junior 168; Boughton Leigh Junior 164; Riverside Academy 160; Eastlands Primary 158 and The Revel Primary 138 points.

Congratulations to the following winning teams from the secondary competitions who have qualified to progress to the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Level 3 Sportshall Athletics competition, also on Thursday, March 10 where they will represent Eastern Warwickshire:
