Doyle digs deep to break 17 records in under one hour
Doyle, who set the previous mark of 14 at the first World Record Holders Cup in USA 2007, went on to complete 17 in 57 minutes to move closer to overhauling Steve Butler’s world title for the most strength, endurance and physical fitness records set in a calendar year.
Dean Gould, president of the Registry of World Record Holders, paid tribute to Doyle, saying: “Paddy is an outstanding endurance athlete who deserves more recognition.
