Victorian evening in Warwick tonight
WARWICK’S Victorian fair and Christmas light switch on is all set for tonight (Thursday) when hundreds of people are expected to descend on the town.
A steam-powered carousel, children’s entertainment, craft demonstrations and horse and carriage rides will all be part of the fun as shops remain open and shopkeepers dress in period costume.
A lantern procession will lead to the lights being switched on at 7pm.
Free parking will be available from 4pm in the Linen Street car park although spaces are always tight and it might be better to park further away and walk into the town.
