UPDATE: Man hit by car in Kenilworth in a stable condition
A man who was hit by a car in Warwick Road, Kenilworth just before 11am on Thursday December 10 is said to be in a stable condition.
According to a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman, the man suffered head injuries as a result of the collision.
He was treated at the scene by the ambulance crews and doctors who were on board an air ambulance which had landed in Abbey Fields.
The man was then rushed to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire by land ambulance.
The driver of the car was said to be in shock but was otherwise unhurt.
