The Robots came to Southam Primary School

ROBOTS were brought to life at a workshop at Southam Primary School on Monday.

Warwickshire County Council’s ICT development service brought its The Robots Are Coming event to the school as part of year 6 pupils information and communications technology curriculum.

The pupils learnt how to build and program robotic parts and enjoyed the thrill of a robot race.

This exciting learning was watched over by NAO, a walking-talking, humanoid robot.

Staff at the school have thanke d the ICT development service for providing the youngsters with the “fantastic learning opportunity”.
