Swimathon time is back to raise charity funds
SWIMMERS are being encouraged to sign up for this year’s Soroptimist International’s swimathon in Warwick to raise funds for Myton Hospices and Parkinsons UK.
The Leamington and Warwick branch of the organisation has joined forces with the Kenilworth and district branch to organise this year’s event, which takes place at Warwick School on Sunday October 14 from 11am.
Teams - which are encouraged to enter under a humorous nautical-themed name - of up to six will swim in relay as many laps as they can in 55 minutes.
