Second pizza shop fire in Leamington this week

Another pizza shop in Leamington’s Old Town has caught fire this week.

Firefighters were called to Sicilian Pizza in High Street just after 2.30am this morning (Wednesday) to find that the fire had started at a deep fat fryer in the kitchen.

Two fire engines were sent to the scene and it took them just over an hour to extinguish the fire. There are no reports of anyone being hurt in the incident.
