Satisfaction is key as agents launch new customer survey

Once upon a time, cut-price airline company Ryanair was criticised for its alleged struggles with customer service.

However, since the application of Ryanair’s new and successful customer service programme implemented last year, the airline’s customer service ratings have soared skywards.

Therefore, to make sure this attention to customer satisfaction is retained, Reeds Rains’ Kenilworth branch is set to launch their new ‘Listen and Respond’ programme.

Branch manager Nik Kyriacou said: “The programme is a set of questionnaires which will be provided for all Reeds Rains customers who have bought, sold, viewed, rented or let through ourselves to enable us to be rated on our customer service.

“It also allows customers to comment on their experiences.

“It is here where we will be able to learn from the feedback from customers and improve our services.”

Reeds Rains has branches across Warwickshire. The company was established in 1868.

The Kenilworth branch is in Warwick Road and opened in the latter part of 2013.

Kenilworth branch manager Nik added: “Reeds Rains Kenilworth has gone from strength to strength over the past 18 months.

“Our goal to provide great customer service and communication has been the foundation for our success.

“This is the reason why we look to provide more for our customers and the Listen and Respond programme will do just that!”
