Pupils remember the fallen in wartime show
The tragedy of war has been remembered on stage at a ‘Lest We Forget’ concert by Kenilworth School pupils.
Combining art, history, music and poetry the pupils put on the show for senior citizens to commemorate 100 years since the outbreak of the First World War.
The story looked back to the years 1914 to 1945 to help viewers empathise with families at the time.
The visitors enjoyed a ‘war time’ meal before the concert where they had chance to talk to the pupils about their wartime experiences.
