As well as making meals Baabzi is also aiming to raise £10,000 for the NHS Covid-19 Appeal.

He said that all his efforts are in memory of his baby son Adam Hussain.

Adam suffered from pulmonary hypertension and he contracted the flu and complications with that which ultimately led to his death. Adam died in 2017 at just 11 months old.

The takeaway owner, who also has six other children, four boys and two girls, said that he and his family would never forget the care they received during the 'worst time time in their lives'.

On Monday June 1 the takeaway will be open for longer and 50 per cent of proceeds will be donated to the charity campaign.

Baabzi said: "From 12pm to 12am we will be donating 50 per cent of all order values towards our NHS Charity Appeal.

"So please plan a great night In or out in the garden, order a fabulous Indian takeaway meal from us and know that not only have you ordered a great delicious meal, but you have also contributed massively towards a great cause. Can it get any better?

The fundraising page has so far raised nearly £3,000.
