Warwick gardens to host Chrysanthemum open day in aid of National Garden Scheme

The team at a collection of historical gardens in Warwick will be holding a chrysanthemum open day in aid of the National Garden Scheme.

Hill Close Gardens, which is a Grade II Victorian leisure garden made up of 16 individually-hedged gardens with herbaceous borders, heritage fruit trees and vegetables,will be hosting the event on Saturday (October 24).

The event will be supporting the National Garden Scheme's palliative nursing charities that continue to work throughout the pandemic.

Visitors will be able to get advice on growing, electing and propagating chrysanthemums.

There will also be a plant sale.

The Chrysanthemum open day will take place from 11am to 4.30pm

Admission costs £4.50 for adults and £1 for children.
