Vouchers are limited and it is hoped that people who do not need a voucher will leave them for residents who do, as the vouchers are not a statutory entitlement.
Liz Healey, manager of the visitor information centre, said: "Our plan is to have a stall at Warwick Market on Saturday December 5, where we will be able to hand out the 2020 Mayor’s Vouchers in the fresh air.
"The Mayor of Warwick will be joining us from 11am to noon to personally help hand out vouchers - so you can meet the Mayor to collect your voucher."

"You then have up until the December 31 to redeem it.
"Of course, you are most welcome to come and collect your voucher in person at the visitor information centre in Jury Street when we hopefully reopen again on December 3 subject to government guidelines changing."
Vouchers can be collected on production of a pension card or bus pass (identification with name, address and date of birth), between 10am to 4pm from Thursday December 3.
