The article, which can be read online here with a subscription, says that the brothers have been "overwhelmed" by the level of custom the business has received during lockdown and that they decided to expand by launching DIY kits so customers could make their own artisan pizzas.

They launched the kits nationwide in August and have deals to supply virtual corporate Christmas parties and students on lockdown at Manchester University.
