Kenilworth physiotherapists receive national quality recognition

Kenilworth-based Halo Physio has achieved Quality Assured Clinic status an accreditation awarded by the UK trade association for chartered physiotherapists in private practice Physio First.

Run in association with the University of Brighton and backed by BUPA, Quality Assured Clinic status is the only nationally recognised indicator that a physiotherapy provider consistently delivers the very highest levels of care, effective treatments and positive results for its patients.

Halo Physio is among the first physiotherapy clinics in the UK to become a Quality Assured Clinic.

In order to become a Quality Assured Clinic, Halo Physio has been subject to robust and independent measurements of quality standards across the whole of its operation.

Included in these measurements were the effectiveness of the treatments offered at Halo Physio, the benefits individual patients gained from the treatments they received, the number of physiotherapy sessions that were required to achieve a positive outcome, and how promptly patients were treated.

On becoming a Quality Assured Clinic, joint founder of Halo Physio, Michelle Henry said: “We’re delighted to have received this accreditation and are extremely proud to have the high standards of care we pride ourselves on delivering recognised on a national basis.

Halo Physio was founded by Michelle Henry and Rachael Adams in 2012 and operates from clinics on Warwick Road in Kenilworth. Michelle and Rachael’s ambition was to always provide the highest quality physiotherapy service to each patient who walked through the door, and since opening Halo Physio has grown its team of physiotherapists and expanded its range of services to become a thriving healthcare provider in the local area.
