Leamington Courier reader Kirsty Webb wanted to highlight the efforts made by her children Alfie Claude, aged ten, and Harper aged six and sent in a photo of the pair with their pickers.

Kirsty said: "We’ve been really enjoying our daily walks.

"But we have been devastated with the amount of rubbish left by people picnicking.

"We got some litter pickers and on every walk we’ve been picking up rubbish and deposing of it.

"I’m so proud of my children for being so enthusiastic about doing this."
