Bestselling Rugby author launches latest novel - here's where you can pick up a copy

Rugby author Bella Osborne is celebrating the launch of her new novel - and it looks like the perfect feel-good read for the summer.

The novel, titled Meet Me at Pebble Beach, charts the story of Regan, who finds hope in the kindness of others after a prank leaves her jobless, homeless and without her boyfriend in one fell swoop.

Bella said: "As you can imagine it’s a little tricky to launch a new book during these strange times.

"I didn't know what was going to happen when we went into lockdown, whether my book would be able to be published at all.

"The events we had planned for launch, and the festivals I was booked to attend, have had to be cancelled so I have been finding other ways of sharing the news about my latest release including appearing at online festivals and interviews by Zoom."

Despite only being available from supermarkets and online booksellers, Meet Me at Pebble Beach has sold over 2,500 copies and garnered the number 5 spot in the heatseeker fiction chart published in trade magazine The Bookseller.

Bella added: "I am so thrilled readers have been able to buy Meet Me at Pebble Beach from Tesco and Asda and everything my publisher Harper Collins has managed to make things happen when they are out of their offices and all working from home.

Bella said the book is perfect for fans of Jill Mansell, Marian Keyes and Sophie Kinsella.

The book is published by Harper Collins Avon and is available from supermarkets Tesco and Asda and online until bookshops reopen.
