Paul Carscadden murder: Partner will give plea in October.

Leamington man Ian Chaundy, has been bailed to return to Warwick Crown Court in Leamington on Friday October 7 for plea and case management after he appeared before the court this morning (Friday).

Mr Chaundy, 47, of Avenue Road, is accused of the murder of his partner 40-year-old Paul William Carscadden in Bath Street, Leamington, on Friday June 24.

The two men had been eating with friends in a restaurant in the road, The Indian, shortly before the incident, in which it is alleged Mr Chaundy pushed his partner in front of a bus.

Mr Carscadden suffered multiple injuries and was confirmed dead at the scene.
