Sainsbury’s could help restore old building
Two letters in support of Sainsburys came from Leam Terrace - the area from the which shoppers would have gone to Old Town, in its hey day. To shop at Francis and the diverse range of local and national businesses there made for a vibrant shopping experience.
Sadly those days are long gone. Apart from a few specialist shops there is very little to encourage your writers. I have viewed the decline over the years and look forward to seeing the results of the attempt to regenerate the area.
