No excuses as the sign was there
The young scrawl on public walls. The more elderly allow their dogs to leave their bodily waste on public ground.
This morning I found a whopping pile of poo on ‘my’ verge beneath a lamp post. On the post there is a notice: “No fouling, penalty £1,000”.
There could be no excuse for the dog handler to say they couldn’t see where their animal had squatted. This is the third time this month.
