Get behind centre and help to save it

My view on the Helen Ley Care and Respite Centre. Of course it should stay open.

There are ten people who actually live there. They have had to give up everything, and in some cases even their homes, to finance it.

They need the support and expertise of the excellent and caring team of doctors and nursing staff. Then there is the respite care. It is the last MS respite centre in the country and is very well used. People need respite care and there is nowhere else that has the loving care and expertise that they have.

You may or may not know that Helen Ley Care Centre was build completely from public subscription by the people of Warwickshire. Yes, people of Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth, Coventry etc all subscribed to build and run Helen Ley. Unfortunately it was given to the MS headquarters for safekeeping!

It is time once again for the people of Warwickshire to get behind Helen Ley and help save it. Please. - Name and address supplied.
