Do owners not realise dangers?

As a responsible owner, I feel that this problem is far from the dog’s fault but, ignorant owners. Is it a problem to clean up after your ‘pet’? It appears that in these days, where dogs are getting bad press, it is the owners who are totally responsible for their behaviour and should consider going to training class themselves.

Whoever is letting their dog foul on Hathaway Drive is, it would appear, doing it in the hours of darkness. I would be surprised if they would let their dog foul in daylight for fear of being seen.

Do they not understand that children play in this area and that this fouling is dangerous to them?

Responsible dog owners - please keep an eye out for these owners and do not hesitate to report it to the dog warden.
