NHS campaign group’s first meeting
Campaigners against the privatisation and fragmentation of the National Health Service will hold their first public meeting on Thursday.
Guest speakers will include Lord Philip Hunt, opposition spokesman on Health in the House of Lords, and Dr John Lister, the widely published expert on health systems from the campaigning organisation Health Emergency.
The Keep Our NHS Public group, which is hosting the meeting is part of a network of similar groups which is supporting the 38 Degrees/Keep Our NHS Public online petition which has gathered more than 900 signatures across South Warwickshire.
The meeting will take place at the Dormer Centre, in Dormer Place, Leamington, from 7.30pm. Click here for more information
