New-look Kenilworth Festival was a smash hit
The three-day music event drew in families for a jazz night, food and craft fair and the popular Party in the Park, as well as a spattering of performers throughout the weekend.
And organisers hailed the festival a “success” after moving the celebration from May in hope of making the most of the weather and pulling in the crowds.

Hide AdMike Lewis, deputy chair of the festival committee, said despite fewer stall holders coming out for Saturday’s market, there was still plenty for families to enjoy ahead of Sunday’s main event.
“We had a good turnout and a very well supported jazz night with the Top Hats,” he said.
“People really enjoyed the Party in the Park and we had a lot of support for the live music.
“We definitely benefitted from the good weather in September, so the move really was a good one for us. We are already looking forward to plans throughout next year.”
