Murder charge following death of OAP in Leamington
Mr Pavier died in Warwick Hospital on 28 October.
He had remained in hospital since 16 September when he was found badly injured at his home in Gordon Street, Leamington.
He had suffered a head injury and his home in Gordon Street, which was found with the door open, had been ransacked.

Hide AdMelville, 38, from Leamington but of no fixed address, had originally been charged with burglary and causing grievous bodily harm in connection with the Gordon Street incident.
He was remanded in custody when he appeared before magistrates in Leamington on 19 September.
Melville is due to appear before magistrates by video link at the Warwickshire Justice Centre in Leamington at 2pm today.
