Man steals cash from Warwick service station after threatening staff with knife

A man made off with a quantity of cash from a Warwick service station after apparently forcing a member of staff to open the till by threatening them with a knife.

The man, who targeted the BP garage in Guys Cliffe, placed twigs on the floor to prevent the automatic doors from closing.

He was last seen walking up Coventry Road towards Warwick town centre just after 3am on Monday November 2.

Police officers investigating the crime would like to identify the man pictured in the CCTV from the shop and would urge anyone with any information to call police on 101 quoting incident number 25 of November 2.
