Library fines to be suspended during upgrades
All council-run libraries and mobile services will be closed on September 15, with the exception of Warwick Library.
Warwick Library and One Stop Shop at Shire Hall are the only facilities which will be open to the public during the period.

Hide AdOngoing computer system upgrades will continue over Wednesday and Thursday where partial closures to services will remain in place.
The council has told borrowers that overdue books will not incur fines from September 15 to 17.
The library website will also a limited service and telephone lines will be suspended from Tuesday to Thursday.
During the upgrades the self-service machines will be unable to renew items or accept payment - but members can still borrow and return books.

Hide AdPeople using the libraries in Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth are asked to have their library cards with them so that self service machines can be used.
Public Wi-Fi will still be available in libraries.
Cllr Kam Kaur said: “We apologise for any inconvenience to our customers.
“The upgrade is essential and will help us to deliver an improved service.
“While most library branches will be closed on Tuesday, staff will still be using the day for development and training so that we can provide better customer service for the future.”
