Leamington man on burglary charge
A MAN has been charged with burglary after being arrested at a home in Leamington.
Stephen Whittaker, 42, of Guys Cliffe Avenue, Leamington, was arrested in the back garden of a house in Cliffe Road in the early hours of Sunday.
He has since been charged with the offence and has appeared before magistrates at the Warwickshire Justice Centre in Leamington today (Monday). He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Warwick Crown Court at the justice centre on Monday July 16.
