Kenilworth student to help Tanzanian people set up businesses

A Kenilworth student is preparing to pack up and experience life on the African continent for three months to raise funds for an international development charity.

Andre Henry-Watson, who studies at Warwick University and lives in Kenilworth, will fly to Tanzania on February 11 to work on an entrepreneur scheme with Raleigh International.

While there, Andre will work with young people who would like to set up their own business, particularly in the area of sanitation and hygiene.

Andre is part-way through reaching his £800 fundraising target towards his trip, having recently organised a charity night at Altoria in Leamington.
