Future golfers tee off at Newbold Comyn
The Rory McIlroys and Luke Donalds of the future have been practising their swing at Newbold Comyn golf course.
The course has been holding a junior golf academy for six to 16-year-olds, with lessons every Tuesday and a mini-tournament every Thursday.
Assistant golf professional Paul Goonan said: “The course is primarily to introduce golf to the younger generation. It is free and open to all levels of ability.”
