Defibrillator set up at Southam College

Staff and pupils at Southam College are the proud owners of a smart piece of kit which will help to save lives.

The centre in Welsh Road West, took delivery of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED); a device which can help to restart someone’s heart when they’re suffering a cardiac arrest.

The £2,000 cost of the machine was covered by Southam CFR funds and the heart charity Arrhythmia Alliance, based in Stratford.
