Dedicated Alison chosen to fly the flag for squash sports

Alison Insley has been chosen to represent the West Midlands in the England Squash and Racketball (ESR).

The new Volunteer Recognition Award scheme is to thank the volunteers that give up their time and are the ‘life blood’ of the sports.

Alison was selected after years of dedication promoting the sports alongside her volunteer junior coaching role.

“It is fantastic to be appreciated doing something I truly love and giving back to a sport that has given me endless enjoyment,” she said.

She will also go to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow next year to volunteer in the Field of Play for Squash.
