Oscar Twomey as The Boy in the Dress.

Oscar Twomey, a big fan of David Walliams, turned up on the day as The Boy in The Dress - the titular protagonist in the author and celebrity’s children’s book.

The Year 6 pupil had asked people to make donations to the Myton Hospice as part of the fundraising campaign and had written to Mr Walliams to invite him to the school.

Unfortunately, Mr Walliams was out of the country on the day but Oscar has so far managed to raise £520 for the cause.
