Warwickshire Police officer to face sexual assault charge
They are due to appear in court this week.
A serving Warwickshire Police officer is set to appear in court to face a charge of sexual assault.
The officer has been postally requisitioned to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on Friday (January 19).
The alleged incident occurred in May 2023 while the officer was on duty.
The officer is currently suspended from duty pending the outcome of the case.
