Armed police were spotted in the area on Saturday
No arrests have been made after armed police were spotted detaining people in Warwick Gates on Saturday.
Footage, which was widely shared on social media, showed armed police officers detaining at least three people.
On Sunday morning Warwickshire Police issued a short statement.
A spokesperson from Warwickshire Police said: “Three people were detained and searched. No arrests made.”
