A man has been charged with racially aggravated harassment after alleged incidents in Leamington.

It is alleged that he racially abused the same man on two separate occasions in Leamington earlier in the week.

The 39-year-old from Leamington was also charged with harassment and criminal damage.

It is also alleged that he damaged property while in custody.

He appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (February 3) where he was remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on March 4.
