Driver suspected of County Lines drug activities in Leamington sped at 127mph while being followed by police

He was also suspected to have fraudulent insurance showing his age 20 years older than he was

A driver sped at 127mph while being followed by a marked police vehicle after being suspected of activity in Leamington.

Officers followed and eventually stopped the vehicle as they believed the car had connections to County Lines drug activities.

A spokesperson for the Operations Patrols Unit for Warwickshire Police said: "The driver was also suspected to have fraudulent insurance showing his age 20 years older than he was.

The driver of this car sped at 127mph while being followed by a marked police vehicle after being suspected of activity in Leamington.

"The vehicle has been seized and driver reported."
