Come and cheer us on from the banks of the Avon

A team of doctors, nurses, IT support workers and fundraisers are taking to the River Avon on Sunday (Sep 21) to compete in their first dragon boat race.

The Myton Hospice Vikings, led by chief executive Kate Lee (left) are among 14 teams competing in St Nicholas Park in a fundraising race.

The event has been organised by members of Warwick Avon Rotary Club and starts at 10am.
