Calendars help bring in the cash for care centre

MORE than £3,000 has been raised for the Helen Ley centre through the sale and sponsorship of calendars depicting views of Warwickshire.

John Evans gave his time and photos for the calendar in thanks for the care the centre near Leamington gave to his wife.

He said: “My late wife used to come for respite care so we knew from first-hand experience what a worthy cause this is – which is why I was keen to dedicate my time to this project.”
