Bath Place proposals submitted to council

The submission to Warwickshire County Council comprises of a design brief, financial forecast, business plan, social return on investment report and a fundraising strategy.

These documents will be made available for public viewing early in the new year

Clayton Denwood, the venture’s operations manager, said: “With the support of our partners, funders and members we believe we have made realistic case for acquiring the site and beginning the arduous but necessary process required to rebuild and reestablish it’s role as an integral community asset.”
