Bake Off star judges vanilla cupcakes at Southam event
The Great British Bake Off 2015 may have ended last week, but members of Southam Baking Circle have held a vanilla cupcake bake-off challenge of their own - with the help of Christine Wallace, who was a quarter finalist in the 2013 series of the BBC show.
As well as judging the challenge and awarding prizes to winners Claire Thorpe (first), Emma Tysoe Griffiths (second) and Mandy Rowlatt (third), Christine also baked three muffin recipes from her new cookbook during the evening and answered questions from a packed audience.
