Sotheby’s Realty opens new lettings department

The new department will be run by Polly Gray who has over 12 years of lettings experience in Warwickshire focusing on the region’s most prestigious properties.

The new department will enable landlords to benefit from Sotheby’s International Realty’s unparalleled global reach.

The new lettings team will cover a wide-ranging geographical area stretching across Warwickshire into the Cotswolds and will offer landlords a range of services from Let only, Let and Rent Collect to Full Management.

Polly Gray, head of lettings at the UK Sotheby’s International Realty’s Stratford office, said: “I am delighted to be heading up the new lettings department.
