On the buses at Heritage Property

You may have noticed one of Heritage Property’s branded double-decker buses driving around the county in recent weeks but if you haven’t, don’t worry as they will be brightening up the streets of South Warwickshire for rest of this year.

Managing director Richard Hill said: “We’re always looking for innovative ways to propel our brand to the forefront of people’s minds and we’re really pleased with the results we have achieved with our buses as you can see from the pictures.

“The message is that we can ‘put the spotlight on your Property’ and we believe we do. We have just had our most successful year ever and continue to invest heavily in our business to make sure our client’s properties are marketed as well as they can be, with enhanced newspaper and internet advertising, good quality brochures and floor plans, all backed up by a talented, hardworking staff.

“We may be the biggest independent letting agency in the area but we are not sitting back on our laurels as we continue to grow both that side of our business, as well as being focused on improving our market share in residential sales.”

Olivia Butterworth, senior sales negotiator in the Kenilworth branch added: “If results speak for themselves then we are certainly moving in the right direction, having recently reached number one on Rightmove with new listings in our Kenilworth branch.

“We are extremely proactive and urgently need new properties of all descriptions for waiting buyers in both here and in our Leamington Spa branch too.

“To arrange a free, no obligation, professional market appraisal call us today.”
