On Saturday February 22 Newmans will hold a First Time Buyers Day at its office, 3 Euston Place. At the event first time buyers will be able to speak to us and get free advice on all aspects of buying a home and take advantage of some special offers.

Branch manager James Morton said: “First time buyers will be able to pop in with no appointment and have all their questions answered in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We will go through what to expect and what to look out for when buying your first property.

“Many first time buyers also wish to find out how much they can borrow, what the monthly repayments will be, and what other costs are involved in buying their first home.

“We will have a market mortgage specialist, who will be on hand to answer questions and secure the best mortgage product for you.”

As a further incentive, Newmans is offering £100 off its conveyancing fees for any first time buyers who attend the event as well as £95 off mortgage arrangement fees.

James added: “Our last first time buyer event was a great success and there was a real buzz in the office. It was great to meet so many buyers looking to make this daunting purchase and help guide them through the process.
