Based on sales agreed from their Leamington office from January 1 to June 30, 2014, they have achieved on average 100.3 per cent of the asking price for their sellers.

“It would be easy to take a small snapshot of results that were favourable to us, so to be transparent and to demonstrate our continually high standards, we have looked at this result over a six month period. Some estate agents achieve 93 per cent of the asking price, so the difference would be £12,775, based on an asking price of £175,000.
