Let Lucas shortlisted for award three years in row

In 2013, over 30,000 clients voted for their agent with the ESTAS helping agents to focus on and be recognised for the standard of customer service they provide their clients. Last year Let Lucas won the ESTAS silver award for the southern region.

Managing director Maria Lucas believes the awards help focus on understanding what landlords really think and value about our service.

The region and national ESTAS award finalists will be announced at the 11th annual ESTAS ceremony on Friday May 9, hosted by Phil Spencer at the Hilton Hotel Park Lane, London.
