Faye celebrates ten ‘brilliant’ years at Heritage Property

It’s not often that before the age of 30 someone can say they have been in the same job with the same company for ten years these days.

But this is the case for Faye Mulkeirins (nee Hopkinson) who has just passed that landmark with Heritage Property.

Following a holiday romance in Cyprus, Faye uprooted from her family home in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and set off to live in Leamington with her new boyfriend

Following an introduction from Sarah Harvey Recruitment, Faye had an interview with Richard and Jane Hill, directors of Heritage Property, and was offered the role as lettings co-ordinator.

Richard joked: “At the time I remember we had a choice of employing one of two girls and obviously we chose the wrong one!

“In all fairness though, that couldn’t be further from the truth as Faye has been wonderful for the business over the years.

“She is extremely well liked and respected by all the staff and customers, without exception, but especially by Jane and I.”

Jane said: “I can’t believe Faye’s been with us for ten years. However, it’s fair to say that she’s become more like a family member than a member of staff.

“We’ve seen her go through the highs and lows of life, marry her lovely husband, Ben, and I can genuinely say she become a good friend as well as being brilliant at her job.”

At a small gathering at the Regency Arms, Faye was presented with a new Tag Heuer watch, as a keepsake.

Faye said: “I’ve been very lucky to work for such a fantastic company and Richard and Jane have been brilliant to me over the years, as well being the best bosses.

“I really love working at Heritage Property and I’ve made many really good friends in the time I’ve been here and am looking forward to the future.”
