Estate agents join forces in new marketing group

John Ozwell, chairman of Hunters Group, has formed a new partnership with Oulsnams in south west Birmingham and Worcestershire, Payne Associates in Coventry, Knight & Rennie in Warwickshire and Maguire Jackson in Birmingham city centre, to form the new company called Situ.

The group will make a total of 26 offices aimed at offering clients greater selling power and buyers a wider choice across the West Midlands housing market. It has just under 3,000 homes for sale.

The idea was conceived by John Ozwell. He said: “I have always felt that a partnership between like minded high quality estate agents strategically placed in non-competing locations could form a powerful alternative marketing opportunity for vendors and purchasers alike”.
