deputy mayor opens new atkinson stilgoe office

Deputy Mayor Felicity Bunker officially opened the new Atkinson Stilgoe estate agents office in Warwick Road, Kenilworth, on Saturday by cutting a specially commissioned cake to celebrate the occasion.

Visitors enjoyed Champagne and nibbles while admiring the completely refurbished offices of the former Connells estate agency. They were also able to talk to local director Anita McKeogh, branch manager Roger Simpson and the rest of the team about the range of services on offer at the branch.

As well as sales and lettings, these include in-house mortgage services and conveyancing.

Roger Simpson said: “We are so excited to be able to bring Atkinson Stilgoe’s market leading operation to Kenilworth. It’s a fantastic town with an excellent variety of property, from small terraced homes to million pound mansions.

“We are really looking forward to meeting local residents and helping them with their property requirements.

“Atkinson Stilgoe is an integral part of the Balsall Common community and we intend to replicate that in Kenilworth.”

As part of the Connells group, Atkinson Stilgoe enjoys all the benefits and resources of an award winning national estate agency with a network of nearly 500 branches, but it is very much run as an independent company, offering a personal service.
