Britannia Squab moved by its 500th reference

Warwickshire removals company Britannia Squab Group is delighted to have received its 500th comment on the independent customer feedback service, Referenceline.

The glowing comment came from clients whom Britannia Squab recently moved from Warwickshire to Devon.

And the family run business decided to mark the milestone occasion with a celebration cake enjoyed by all the Britannia Squab team!

Referenceline works with various trade associations, allowing the public to read comments from clients who have used a particular service.

It is totally independent and unbiased, helping potential consumers make an informed decision about which supplier to use. Previous customers are encouraged to post a comment and rate various elements of their removal service via an easy-to-follow scoring system.

Britannia Squab Group managing partner, Emlyn Evans said: “Referenceline provides a really effective service to the public when choosing a supplier.

“We have been using it since 2007 and we are delighted that 99 per cent of those giving their feedback, scores our service between 9.6 and 10 (10 being the maximum).”
