Boothroyd is top sellingagent again in Kenilworth

Independent company For Sale Sign Analysis says 30.8 per cent of the ‘sold’ signs in the town belonged to Boothroyds during its latest market share survey, between April 4 and 5 – almost a third of all properties sold.

Which means that since the first survey in February 2011 Boothroyd’s has been top dog.

The Boothroyd’s app – available free on the iTunes Store - has been very popular, enabling potential buyers to get early notification of properties new to the market and access the company’s website anywhere they have a signal on their smart phone.
